The Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) Unit is responsible for implementing the civilian policy and security coordination of the Government of Israel in the territories of Judea and Samaria, as well as towards the Gaza Strip.

This mobile application provides residents with essential information and allows them to perform various actions in relation to COGAT:

• Access articles, reports, and vital information relevant to the daily lives of the Palestinian population.
• View available permissions applicable to the user.
• Check for any potential security bans.
• Submit a request to have a security ban lifted.
• Submit permit requests.
